Taught by U.S. Sailing Certified Instructors on the popular Optimist Pram and Exocet, Starboard & Mistral Windsurfers, Island Sol's Junior Sailing Program is the place for kids to enjoy the wind and waves while learning the necessary skills to safely navigate the waters of Great Bay and beyond.  Join locals and guests in our regularly scheduled program or sign up for private lessons on your own schedule.

Join in the fun with other sailors from the islands and around the world!  Our open format allows students of varying abilities to learn new skills through the U.S. Sailing Certification system at their own pace on Opti Prams & windsurfers.  Each sailor receives the "Little Red Book" to track their progress wherever their travels take them.

$45/child (1-6 students/instructor) lessons average 1-1.5 hours
 

PRIVATE SAILING & WINDSURFING LESSONS (please reserve a day in advance)
Our private lessons allow you to choose the time of your lesson (based on instructor availability) and work on specific skills with more personal instruction.

Private (1 student) lessons average 1-1.5 hours
$85/child

Semi-private (2-4 students) lessons average 1-2 hours 
Add $35/child/hour to Private Lesson Fee

*Go to Reservations to sign up for your lesson, space is limited so sign up today! Cancellations must be made 12 hours before the lesson, "No Call, No Shows" will be charged the full lesson fee.
